Fire Treatments

EE Olley can provide certificated Fire Treated timber and sheet materials to the latest European Standards BS EN 13501-1:2002 and BS 476:Parts 6 & 7 depending on the Euro Code B or C required. Specialist over coating such as paint and stains are also available maintaining the FR status & integrity.

Koppers FirePRO Fire Retardant Treated Wood Products

FirePRO Euro Class B & C

A high temperature pressure impregnated process using a humidity resistant (HR) fire retardant chemical formulation. May be used in above ground interior applications or exterior if protected from direct rainfall and weathering.

Tested to BS EN 13501-1:2007 Fire Classification of construction products and building elements.

BS EN 13501-1:2007 Classification – Equivalent to old BS476 Classification
Euro Class B – Class 0
Euro Class C – Class 1

ATP Generic Euro Class B & C

ATP Generic is an advanced waterbourne fire retardant which does not VOC’s and is listed by Wood Protection Association (WPA) Type DI (Dry Interior) product.

ATP Generic fire retardant treated material which has been impregnated with ATP Genric fire retardant under controlled condtions in a vacuum pressure timber impregnation plant, followed, when required, by kiln drying to return the material to an acceptable or specifield moisture content.
